The Nikon D300s DX Digital SLR Camera builds upon the success of its predecessor, the Nikon D300 by adding 720p HD Video Record and an additional frame per second continuous shooting (7fps). The D300s showcases its professional-grade features in a compact, highly durable, metal body. Its 51-point autofocus system, 100% viewfinder accuracy, and low light sensitivity (expandable to ISO 6400) are just a few of this digital SLR's features that have made it top notch in its class. Nikon's exclusive EXPEED processor and the D300s's 12.3 megapixel sensor ensures ample resolution for discerning shooters with brilliant, life-like color and exceptional detail.
The 920,000 dot LCD allows users to compose photos and video through Advanced Live View Technology and HD Video is captured through 1280 x 720 at 24 frames per second. The D300s also includes an integrated mono microphone which will allow you to capture audio with video and a 3.5mm stereo input to offer high quality options for professional use. The D300s includes dual slots for both CompactFlash and SD/SDHC memory cards. Either card may be prioritized for digital stills or video use; the second card can be configured to store duplicate images, overflow, or video recording. For convenience, separate cards may be prioritized to save RAW or JPEGs.
