My areas of specialization include executive portraiture, business communications, corporate events, publicity and public relations. How I got started in photography:
THAT'S a long story. Suffice to say I was searching for a medium of personal expression that would allow me to make my way in the world on my own terms. Photography has given me that.

This is year 34.
Equipment:
I'm pretty much a CANON guy and have been since the beginning. I currently shoot with the 5D Mark II, the 5D and, where appropriate, the Leica M-8.
My philosophy:
I carry this quote from Diane Arbus in my wallet: "Whenever I photograph something, instead of arranging it, I arrange myself". I take what I find in front of me and try to create something interesting.
