*does not include large format printers, Superior Seamless, Pepperlu Floor Mats, and other select  merchandise. Flat rate shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories outside of the contiguous United States. 

Online Returns Policy

• returns or exchanges offered on unused products only
  
• returns/ exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery date
  
• return authorization must be obtained before returning product
• we can not accept returns on sensitized materials

International Orders Policy

• all international orders over $200 require a wire transfer
  
• international orders are not eligable for flat rate or free ground shipping
  
• customer is responsible for any import fees or taxes

Internet Shipping Policy

• monday - friday order must arrive before 4pm MT to receive same day shipping
• shipping closed weekends
• all US orders ship UPS
• orders will only be shipped to a verified address
