I am writing to say thank you to all of your sales staff for there excellent service with my purchases over the last three months. I have purchased a new D300 camera, a new MacBook Pro computer, and now a new 24" RotoTrim paper cutter for my photography needs. I also have purchase numerous supplies for my Epson printer. No matter how big or how small my purchases have been, each time I have come into the store I have been helped respect and courtesy. I want to thank Nick whose knowledge about the Nikon D300 sold me on upgrading to this wonderful new camera. I also want to make mention of the fact that also most 6 weeks ago I came in to get a new paper trimmer and need a 24" model. When one was not available, Nick took the initiative and found out why they had not shipped tracked the order over the last 6 weeks and then when they finally arrived promptly called me. I had been around the retail business for more than thirty years and I can testify that that kind of service happens in about 10% of retail companies and within those companies it happens with very few employees. I wish to thank Nick and your company for this kind of service.

an I commend your organization for the web presence of California SUNBOUNCE on your website? The same goes for your making the search for the goods that the customer wanted very easy by typing in the product code. Good job of Metadata embedding. Because of this Pictureline made the sale and won over a new customer. He called me to say how happy he was. That does not happen every day.

If only I could just get the rest of the dealers to maybe approach the same level of competence.

I want to take a monent to thank you for the great service and information I recieved (from Sasha) I became aware of an order that was a FRAUD to my account. Someone ordered on 11-8-07 an order for $815.31 using my name, credit card info., all of it, my address etc. to buy a digital camara. When speaking with Sasha she immeditally cancelled it and gave to me all the info she had on this order. She also said that she herself had sent an e-amil to this person requestion some other info and didn't recieve anything back. Sasha also said that if no cumminaction was forthcoming she was going to notify my bank, Amen to her, and all your employees. I have notified my bank and the police who will now take action, and the Dect. was greatful for all the info Sasha gave to me. I'm glad that a flag is raised when an order is billed to one address and to be shipped to another that this is suspisous, especially with the holidays coming and people claming that this is a gift to be shipped eles where, LOL  Keep up the good work.

I wanted to thank you for DigitalFest. I am a customer that has recently purchased a Nikon D200 (w/ case and assesories) and SB 800 Flash from you because you had what I wanted in stock, it was convenient, the price was competitive and in general I like to support local business. I am also one that has historically done a lot of research on the internet and made many if not most of my major photo purchases from the big NY dealers. DigitalFest has convinced be that (unless there is a very good reason to go somewhere else) I plan to make my purchases with you. What a terrific event and service to your customers and the photographic community. I am sure it was no small expense and considerable trouble to pull off such a classy event. I want you to know that it was appreciated and has made a real impression on me in where I want to see my purchasing dollars go. I will also spread my positive impressions word of mouth whenever I get the appropriate opportunity. I did invite one collages (a California transplant) to attend DigitalFest. He did go and was also favorably impressed. He hasn’t been a customer in the past but I anticipate he will be in the future. Thanks again.

In our world of identity theft all caution is important.

When I went searching for a relatively minor accessory for my D80, I googled the part and discovered pictureline.com. Since I do not order online when I first discover a company, I called your sales department.

I just want to tell you that the experience was outstanding. Sharon, the sales rep that helped me, was very nice, professional, and understood my concern for my high level of caution.

More often than not, I'm sure that most feedback is negative (or at least constructive criticism), but when good things happen, I believe all should know.

I recently purchased a portfolio case online.  I have run into a few problems, for example, I needed the item by a certain time, but there was a hold-up because of my billing address not being the same as my shipping address.  Also, the item arrived damaged.  I am pleased to say that Sharron (online sales) has been 100% helpful.  She understood my time constraints and did what she could to accommodate my needs.  Good service like this is rare, and you should be grateful to have such an employee working for you.  This was the first purchase I have made with your company, and because of the excellent customer service I received I will continue to use you for my photographic needs.

I've been an international technical service provider for about 30 years, and I knock myself out to explain the "why" as well as the "how" in the technology and the processes.  You did just that, so, you've won me over.  I've been looking for a professional, responsive, high-end, photographic dealer, that's "got their act together."  Located here in the Bay area, I have access to a few very large, high-end, photographic dealers, but because so much of their business is "walk in," even in the heart of the Valley, they treat email as a second, "get around to it later," priority.  I'll come back to you folks for additional purchases.
