that at times you may need to return an item to us. To insure

If you order a product that is
not a regular stock item in our store and you wish to
return it, we will happily exchange or refund your credit
card. There will be, however, a 15% to 20% restocking
fee for us to send the product back to the manufacturer.
This fee is determined when we contact the manufacturer
and notify them of the return. Since we do not stock special
order items, the manufacturer will charge us to ship the
product back to them.
