pictureline prides itself on giving you great service and products at competitive prices. pictureline inc. is an authorized dealer for each and every product sold on pictureline.com and in the pictureline inc. retail store. We recognize the value that comes from knowing that the product you have purchased is new, in it's original packaging, and under the Manufacturer's U.S. Warranty.

pictureline will ATTEMPT to price match any product, that is not Gray Market (see below), that is carried on pictureline.com. If you find a better price somewhere else on the internet, please contact pictureline by using our online contact form or calling us at 800.748.8200. Please include a link (from your web browsers address bar) to where you have found the competitive pricing online so that we can research your findings and get back to you in a timely manner.

pictureline does not deal in any Gray Market product.

It is important to understand that when comparing products to price match, we can only price match the same products. Many internet companies sell product known as Gray Market. Gray Market is product originating from outside the USA that has been known to be available from some Internet, Canadian, and U.S. Dealers. This product is not under the Manufacturer's U.S. warranty and thus is not eligible for manufacturer warranty service in the U.S. These gray market products are lower than our dealer cost and cannot be price matched.
