ARCHIVAL GOLD STANDARD CD-R

High quality archival gold CD recording media seemed to have vanished from the market a few years ago when Kodak said they would no longer manufacture them. Many went on a binge and bought up cases of CD’s to store their most precious data on. Aside from the archivally processed and properly vaulted sliver gelatin negative there is no better way to preserve our photographic images than to commit them to a gold CD. We are lucky to have found the archival gold CD supplier to the US government, as a new supplier. pictureline will now stock this highly sought after media so you won’t have to dole out just one CD a month or decide with image will be saved over another.

Why Use MAM-A Gold Standard CD-R?

The Gold Reflective Layer and the Patented Phthalocyanine Dye Technology allows MAM-A to uniquely offer:

• 1 - 52x writer compatibility
• Unparalleled High Speed Performance
• Exceptional compatibility with the combination of a typical writer and high speed CD-ROM drives.
• Cleaner, better defined pits result in consistent data retrieval and improved tracking.
• Cleaner burning - so they're less prone to "skips' (that can result from use in an automobile CD player)
• Environmental Stability- resists damage even in severe conditions of heat and UV light (as in automobiles)
• Uniformity inside and out on each disc
• Uniformity disc-to-disc
• More translucent dye - closely resembles CD-ROM
• 200+ Year Life Expectancy
• Lifetime Warranty
• Higher sensitivity, which requires lower power during writing, extending laser life.

Diamond Coat® Protective Surface

• Applied over the "industry standard" coating for additional protection not offered by other manufacturers.
• Approved for use with the most popular thermal printer(s).
• Provides an optimum surface for high-resolution printing and improved adhesion.
• Enhanced toughness and durability to withstand physical and environmental assaults that would destroy lesser discs.
Integrated Chemical Manufacturer-MAM-A can maintain tighter controls over manufacturing, resulting in uniform quality throughout the manufacturing process from dye production to disc production.
• Made in the U.S.A. (Colorado Springs, CO) -- support an American made product!

CD700 MAM-A Gold Standard CD-R
