Return Policy

At pictureline, we are extremely proud that unless very clearly marked, all products we sell are new, unopened, and purchased directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor. Products that have left the store, been tested, or are otherwise opened, will be labeled and advertised as such, and have a discount associated with them. Our return policy reflects our commitment to being fully transparent with our customers, and only offering the best quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to process a return based on the following conditions.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS:

We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of receipt for all products that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unopened.
  • All items, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. must be included in original, unaltered condition.
OPENED / USED ITEMS:

Opened / Used Items are returnable, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened / Used Items must meet the following conditions in order to qualify for a partial refund.

  • All items, warranty cards, packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. must be included in original, unaltered condition. Items must be in the same new condition as was received by the customer. Products that have signs of wear may be refused or subject to additional restocking fees.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
  • Special order items (not regularly stocked)
  • Items not in original condition
  • Sensitized materials (film, photographic paper, or liquid chemicals)
  • Consumable items (batteries/chargers or ink)
  • Printers
  • Professional Cinema products
RETURNING YOUR ITEM:

First, call our support team to receive authorization for your return, or visit us at our store.

  • Once authorized, ship your item back to us!
  • Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton (use the original if you’d like)
  • Enclose a copy of your sales receipt, keeping the original for your records
  • Ship it back by your method of choice - we can provide a label and deduct the cost from your refund
  • We suggest adding shipping insurance as we can not cover any damage caused in transit
REFUNDS:
  • Once items are approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (minus applicable fees)
  • 3% processing fee will apply unless issued as in-store credit
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Credit for returns are normally processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the merchandise
  • An additional fee may be applied if items do not meet the return criteria and need to be sent back to the manufacturer
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive a defective product, we will happily replace your product with the same or equivalent item at no cost to you! Some manufacturers have policies requiring replacement product be sent directly from the manufacturer rather than exchange by the retailer, and in those cases we will or assist you in receiving a replacement directly from the them. Defective items from Atomos, BlackMagic, DJI, and Hasselblad must be exchanged directly with the manufacturer. All defective returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of product. Full manufacturer warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from pictureline for coverage after 14 days. Please call if you have any questions regarding the repairs or services covered under a manufacturer warranty.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS:

pictureline reserves the right to refuse returns to customers who have exhibited a pattern of excessive returns, as determined solely by management.

The FUJIFILM X-E2S has a durable, compact and lightweight body with a Real-Time Viewfinder that offers a large display magnification of 0.62x and an electronic viewfinder with the world's shortest display time lag of 0.005 seconds. It also comes equipped with an AF system that excels at capturing moving subjects. The new FUJIFILM X-E2S model inherits the functionality and rangefinder-style design of the original X-E2, and adds new features including an improved grip, an electronic shutter and a more intuitive GUI to enhance the user experience. A 2.5mm microphone input allows compatibility with an external microphone for improved audio quality with recordings. Full-time continuous focusing is supported while taking video, also, as well as the use of Film Simulation modes. 

High-Speed Phase Detection AF
The camera's Intelligent Hybrid AF system combines the excellent autofocus speed of phase detection AF with the strong low light performance of contrast AF. The phase detection pixels in the center of the image sensor deliver autofocusing speeds as short as 0.06 sec*. In addition, Phase Detection AF tracking abilities in dark conditions have been improved.

New Grip Enhances Operability

The grip enhances mobility to match the rangefinder design, delivering a firm hold and quick dial operation even when holding one-handed.

Full HD Movie Recording
Full HD 1080p video recording is supported in multiple frame rates up to 60 fps with a high bit-rate of 36 Mbps. Frame rates of 50 fps, 30 fps, 25 fps, and 24 fps, are also provided to support motion picture formats across multiple regions. Up to 14 and 27 minutes of video can be recorded in full HD 1080p and 720p respectively.

Built-In Wi-Fi Connectivity
Wireless connectivity is built into the camera and allows for instant sharing of images when using the Fujifilm Camera Remote App. 

16.3MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS II Sensor
A large, 16.3MP, APS-C, CMOS image sensor is integrated into the X-E2S to provide high image quality and detail. For photographing in low-light situations, an ISO sensitivity of up to 51200 is provided.

Other Camera Features

  • An in-camera RAW converter lets you record your images in 14-bit RAW and process them prior to computer-based editing procedures. RAW File Converter software is included for RAW image processing on your computer.
  • Multiple exposure mode gives you the ability to overlay imagery in-camera. 
  • Interval timer for shooting time-lapse sequences of one second to 24 hours, up to 999 frames
  • Motion panorama mode allows you to record expansive views up to 360° 
  • Super Intelligent pop-up flash provides supplemental fill lighting when needed
