pictureline.com strives to insure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. All products sold through pictureline.com are new & unopened. We stand by every product we sell and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best product on the market. We realize that at times you may need to return an item to us. To insure proper credit for your returns, please adhere to the following:
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
PLEASE COMPLETELY INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. DO NOT FILL OUT WARRANTY CARDS UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT YOUR
MERCHANDISE IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND COMPLETE. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE MANUFACTURER'S PACKING MATERIALS.
HOW TO GET AN AUTHORIZATION ON A RETURN:
Please contact the pictureline.com order dept. at 1-800-748-8200 to get an authorization on your return. We will accept returns within 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT on UNUSED and UNOPENED items. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SENSITIZED MATERIALS, USED OR OPENED ITEMS as we guarantee our products as new and uncompromised.
RETURNS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION:
To assure full credit is issued, all items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface manufacturers original (product) cartons. Returns that are received in other than ORIGINAL condition will NOT be accepted or returned. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. *See specific returns below.
REFUNDS:
On approved returns, refunds will be issued for the amount of the product less the 5% credit card processing fees and any manufacturers restocking fees that may apply. Credit for returns are normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card given online when the original order was placed. Exchanges can easily be arranged by contacting Katie at katie@pictureline.com or at 1-800-748-8200.
TO SHIP ITEMS BACK:
Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton (you may use the original shipping carton if you wish). Ship item back by the most convenient means. We suggest you ship by an insurable method. Please enclose a “copy” (keep original) of your sales receipt.
EXEMPT ITEMS:
From the UNOPENED RETURN POLICY are special order items and APPLE Products. Please contact Marcus at 1-800-748-8200 or APPLE CARE at 1-800-APL-CARE regarding apple returns. See our SPECIAL ORDER RETURNS policy for returning special order items.
Specific returns
OPENED OR USED PRODUCT RETURNS:
At pictureline, we pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of the product and service we provide our customers. We stand by the fact that we sell only new, unopened, unused products that we order directly from the manufacturer. Our customers expect, and will always receive, the highest quality product when ordering with pictureline. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used merchandise. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you receive a product that is defective out of the box, we will happily replace your product without any cost to you. All defective returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of product. Full manufacturers warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from pictureline.com. Please call if you have any questions regarding the repairs or services covered under a manufacturer warranty.
UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you receive a product that you decided against or it is not what you needed and is unopened, you can return it for exchange or refund* within 14 days of receipt of product.
SPECIAL ORDER RETURNS:
If you order a product that is not a regular stock item in our store and you wish to return it, we will happily exchange or refund your credit card. There will be, however, a 15% to 20% restocking fee for us to send the product back to the manufacturer. This fee is determined when we contact the manufacturer and notify them of the return. Since we do not stock special order items, the manufacturer will charge us to ship the product back to them.
*pictureline.com is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified in the supplied owner’s manual. pictureline.com policies and procedures may not at all times comply with pictureline inc. retail store policies.
