The Canon LC-E5 Battery Charger can charge an LP-E5 battery pack with a charging time of about 120 minutes. When in use, the charger performs battery capacity calibration so that the remaining battery level can be indicated accurately when used in the EOS series digital cameras.
The LC-E5 is compatible with the following Canon cameras:
- Digital Rebel XSi
- EOS Rebel T1i (Body)
- EOS Rebel T1i with EF-S 18-55mm IS
- EOS Rebel XS EF-S 18-55 IS Lens Kit
