Join pictureline and Evoke Creative at scenic Antelope Island State Park to explore new ways to connect with nature. Our popular photo walk series continues at this stunning state park, where we’ll learn about the art of landscape photography.
During our walk, we’ll cover tips and tricks for capturing that perfect sunset, maximizing rich color and intricate detail while minimizing reflected light and haze, and finding your own connection to nature through photography.
We’ll meet up just outside the ranger station, prior to getting on the causeway, to cover a few basics before we begin shooting. Then we’ll head to Lady Finger Point to capture some of the amazing views. Be sure to bring your camera and tripod, and a polarizing filter if you have one. Wear comfortable walking shoes, and don’t forget the sunscreen and bug spray!
Share your photo walk images with us on social media with the hashtags #pictureline and #evokecreativephotowalk so we can see each other’s work.
Why a photo walk? At pictureline, we don’t just sell cameras—we care about our customers and our community. We’ve found that a fun way to meet other photographers is by organizing photo walks, which are essentially short tours around local points of interest, designed to help hone photography skills, learn new ideas, and experience different places.
