Description
The Canon RF 2x Extender effectively extends the focal length of certain Canon RF lenses by a factor of 2x. The extender retains communication between the lens and camera body in all aspects, allowing for seamless operation when in use.
- Compatible with the RF 100-500mm IS STM, 600mm f11 IS STM, 800mm f11 IS STM, RF400mm F2.8 L IS, RF600mm F4 L IS, RF800mm F5.6 L IS USM, and RF1200mm F8 L IS USM lenses.
- When used with RF 100-500mm IS STM, lens zoom range is limited to 300mm-500mm
- Metering, Autofocus, and Image Stabilization are retained while in use
- Reduction in light gathering ability by 2 stops
