The Pictureline Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our products through your website, social media, or other approved channels. You’ll receive a unique affiliate link to track sales and earn commissions on qualifying purchases.

2. Eligibility and Application

To join, you must:

• Have an active online presence (e.g., blog, social media, or YouTube channel) relevant to photography or related fields.
• Be approved by Pictureline. We review applications to ensure alignment with our brand values.

3. Commission Structure

You can earn commissions ranging from 2.5% to 10% on qualifying sales, depending on performance. Higher sales volumes may qualify for increased commission rates. Additional bonuses may be offered during special promotions.

• Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal.
• A 90-day cookie duration ensures you earn commissions on purchases made within 90 days of a user clicking your affiliate link.
• Commissions are calculated based on the final purchase price, excluding taxes, fees, or discounts.
• No commissions are earned on refunded or canceled orders.

4. Using Your Affiliate Link

You may share your affiliate link on:

• Your website, blog, or social media accounts.
• Email newsletters or professional networks.

5. Prohibited Actions

To maintain our brand integrity, you must not:

• Use your affiliate link for personal purchases.
• Engage in spamming, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising.
• Promote Pictureline on coupon or deal sites.
• Use pay-per-click ads with Pictureline’s trademarks or brand name.
• Create websites or content that mimic Pictureline’s branding or suggest an official partnership.
• Violate intellectual property laws or promote illegal/offensive content.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account without notice, and any earned commissions may be forfeited.

6. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including disclosure requirements for affiliate links (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S.). Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Pictureline in all promotional content.

7. Termination

We may terminate your participation in the program at our discretion, including for:

• Non-compliance with these terms.
• Fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• Inactivity or low-quality promotions.

Upon termination, you must stop using all Pictureline promotional materials and affiliate links.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pictureline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. We are not responsible for tracking errors, technical issues, or third-party actions affecting your commissions.
