When you plan to carry a larger telephoto lens—up to a 300mm—use the UltraFlex fit system to place your camera with 300mm lens attached in a vertical mode. There's still room for an extra lens or a couple of accessories. And if you need to convert the bag into a general purpose bag, just take out the dividers and use the entire main compartment for your personal traveling stuff.
