Enhance Your Video Capabilities with SlingStudio

Take Your Video Production on the Go

In the case of live video production, typically you are dealing with expensive gear, wrangling media and cables and the chaos of large crews. SlingStudio helps remove some of the roadblocks that videographers face by allowing you to take your video production on the go with the industry's first wireless multi-camera live streaming platform.

Exploring the SlingStudio Platform

Multi-camera Connection

Capturing the right angles can add depth and help tell the story through the right perspective. This is where SlingStudio's multi-camera connectivity comes in handy. With the ability to wirelessly connect up to 10 different cameras, smartphones and drones, it makes it easy to get the perfect angle.

Livestreaming

By using SlingStudio's free Capture app, you can stream your multi-camera production on Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Periscope, Livestream, Restream.io and other RTMP destinations.

Wireless

Through SlingStudio’s wireless setup, you can create a 5GHz 802.11 ac access point/hot spot, which connects to an iPad or Mac running the console app, along with different video sources. (cameras and camcorders via Cameralink) Using SlingStudio’s military-grade internal WiFi network, allows you to send video to the hub from your camera up to 300 feet away. Meaning customers can use SlingStudio at convention centers, wedding receptions, football stadiums, through walls and much more.

Portable

Weighing under 3 pounds for an average kit, SlingStudio is a battery-operated system that requires no cables. However, if you do need to plug in directly to an AC outlet, SlingStudio does come with a traditional power supply and cable. Being free from hundreds of feet of cable and bulky equipment makes it easy to carry to remote locations, like mountains and deserts. If needed, customers can purchase the SlingStudio backpack which includes padded compartments that allow you to compactly carry your SlingStudio devices and additional equipment, such as an iPad or laptop for optimal transportability.

Post Production

After you have finished recording, you can easily export footage from a storage device to Adobe Premiere Pro CC or Apple Final Cut Pro X. Once you have exported the footage, you can save hours of 4K post-production time using SlingStudio’s plug-ins for Adobe Premiere Pro CC or Apple Final Cut Pro X. These plug-ins help you save time by automatically creating a new program recording in 4K, in higher bit rates, or with higher quality video codecs by replacing your SlingStudio input recordings with native camera recordings.

Starting for as low as $999 the SlingStudio set-up is the industry’s first portable, wireless multi-camera broadcasting platform with 4K post-production support. You can monitor, record, edit and stream live HD-quality video wirelessly to YouTube, Periscope, Facebook, Vimeo, Livestream and other multimedia streaming services using cameras, and other video recording devices.
